Swimming pool
The apartment has use of an external heated swimming pool in the garden to the rear. Surrounded by decking, the pool is large enough to exercise in, whilst being an ideal area for children to play.
Tennis Court
There is a new tennis court, exclusively for use of the apartment and other residents in Prospect House. Situated to the rear of the property, the court has an all-weather surface, and is properly surrounded by catch fencing. Relax and play in the most rural of situations!
Terrace
At the front of the property there is a terrace with stone seating, offering a relaxed location to stare out to sea. The ruined village of Hallsands is visible to the right, whilst the sound of the waves sussurating on the seashore will relax you.
General
Tescos will deliver to the property, so that you can order food and have it delivered without leaving your chair.
